Farida Waziri, it's time to prove to Nigerians whether you're on the side of the people or on the side of the villains. Madam, no criminal or corrupt person must be allowed to contest! May find Grace to write your name on the sands of time and dispel all the negative stories about your handling of this vital agency for change!

No fewer than 54 serving and former political office holders are to be prevented from contesting the 2011 poll by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) and other security agencies.

These include those who are at present standing trial.

Others are those who have their cases already investigated and completed.

To this end, the Anti-Corruption Coordinating Forum (ACCF) would soon be reconvened, like the case in 2007, to screen the list.

The ACCF comprises the EFCC, ICPC, Code of Conduct Bureau, SSS and the Nigeria Police Force.
