Now that the true Boko Haram - MEND - bares its fangs. Are they tired of the old game of subterfuge masquerading as Boko Haram?

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 10:26:46 AM
There is Boko Haram. But MEND has been playing Boko Haram and blaming all the blasts on Boko Haram. The North was held hostage. Some of the guys from the North who sold their consciences to the devil are financed and equipped by MEND operatives to spearhead the disintegration of Nigeria. They have direct links with MEND the president lied to all Nigerians was dead.

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 10:49:33 AM
Harry, you have not really followed the write-ups clearly bro. There is a clear link to the MEND operatives especially through Asari Dokubo. However, you have a right to your opinion. The connections are on multiple fronts and grounds alrea...dy listed in the write-ups. Why would you think elements in the north would choose to destroy their fortunes and if Jonathan was the target, why would they kill their own to get to Jonathan?

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 10:51:24 AM
Except that the Boko Haram spokesman is actually a hoax and a phony character used by MEND operatives to spread senseless propaganda. Kolawole, have you bothered to see all the holes in the propaganda and the sudden change in thrust of the messages?

It is so obvious we hear the voice of Jacob and feel the hands of Esau. They are clearly works of fiction geared towards whipping up hatred for our Northern brothers.

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 11:51:12 AM
Suddenly, the Boko Haram members are all foreigners. Lol. Why has any not been tried and jailed? I think the security agents should stop beating about the bush arresting innocent foreigners. If the real issues with them is that they do not have proper papers, that is a different thing. This new approach to arresting any and everything that looks foreign as Boko Haram is a very bad precedence that is bound to backfire, culminating in the harassment of Nigerians in other places as a retaliatory measure.

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 12:56:29 PM
Ask yourselves, why is Mr. President unwilling to prosecute Hafiz Ringim and Biu for culpability? Or were they not clearly guilty of some crime in the handling of the Boko Haram operative who they helped escape? Why was Asari Dokubo defending Biu vociferously - a man known for his criminal and deadly roles in the past? Is it a coincidence or was something bound to give to expose the whole ring if he was not allowed to escape?

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 01:42:30 PM
So Abu Qaqa is yet to confess. I thought by now we should have witnessed a gale of arrests based on the strong leads given by the man who was supposedly arrested. When will they end this movie na? Or do they want to tell us Abu Qaqa has escaped also. The President and his cronies should stop embarrassing themselves and put a stop to the notorious activities of their boys who are fomenting trouble everywhere and made hooliganism a foreign exchange earner since Jonathan became president.

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 02:25:28 PM
These guys are just clowns and I don't know if to them they are not beginning to sound very stupid taking Nigerians for a ride this long.

Post Merge: February 06, 2012, 05:25:55 PM
As little children, we had dreams about what we wanted to grow up to be. I remember then, my little sister and my schoolmates and aunts would tell you they wanted to marry a responsible man and even a Prince or a person of good character and a hero who saved a community.

I really don't know what has happened to all of that. Today, our ladies are so willing to date and even bear children for armed robbers, political robbers with 'thieftaincy' titles. Many are even willing to bear children for the ones who look like frogs and tadpoles who offer the right price - men of outstandingly questionable character in society whose lives reek of dubiety and every vice no one on earth should be proud of. Some are so proud of their 'Yahoo' boyfriends and join them in the business of duping people. Some are even well known 419 kingpins and drug barons.

Come to think of it, these are people who should be spat on and hissed at and treated with utter disdain and they are now the role models and government officials. They even now get front seats and special mention in Churches and Mosques.

O mase o!

Is this what the quest for what to eat and drink and wear turns people into: completely stupid and so morally sick?

Where are the real women? Why are they so scarce now? How did we breed this generation of grossly irresponsible vultures who are such a disappointment to society?

What is playing out in Bayelsa politics is a sad commentary. It tells a story of how a people can choose to mortgage their future and their progress, choosing to kow tow to the whims and caprices of a few men who think they know what they need, imposing a governor on them by all means and yet they applaud. If all that is playing out is anything to go by, what would have turned out a free and fair election is already rigged in advance by preventing the people from choosing just who they want through a fair process at the primaries. I should think the Bayelsa people should look out for the best candidate from another party with a view to improving their fortunes and not to accept what is given to them without a fight. It is their future that is at stake for another four years with a man who, from all indications, will turn out to be a monumental fraud like the man he is replacing.

Post Merge: February 04, 2012, 03:39:09 PM
He is going to turn out a yes man and as long as he is a yes man, it does not matter if his performance is woeful. Unless he has the level of creativity and resourcefulness of Rotimi Amaechi and Godson Akpabio, nothing should be expected. Besides, what was Seriake Dickson doing for a living before he went to the NASS?

He's got no meaningful record of performance at any level. He is only where he is by dubious association.

Here is his CV. Nothing tangible at all. No clear record of personal achievement.

HONOURABLE HENRY SERIAKE DICKSON was born on 28th day of January, 1966 in Toru-Orua Town of Sagbama Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, Nigeria to the family of Mr. and Mrs. Nanaye Dickson of Orua and a descendant of the famous King Kpadia Royal House of Tarakiri Kingdom.

Hon. H. S. Dickson attended Kolobiriowei Primary School, Toru-Orua from 1972 to 1978 where he got his First School Leaving Certificate and proceeded to Government Secondary School, Toru-Ebeni in 1978 to 1983 and obtained his West African School Certificate (WASC/GCE).

In 1988, Hon. H. S. Dickson gained admission into Rivers State University of Science and Technology, Port Harcourt to read Law from where he graduated with LL.B (HONS) in 1992. He then proceeded in 1993, to earn his Bachelors in Law (B.L HONS) from the Nigeria Law School, Lagos whereupon he was called to the Nigerian Bar the same year.

Hon. H.S. Dickson joined The Nigeria Police Force now The Nigeria Police, 1986 in service to his father land and upon his graduation in 1993 was appointed a Cadet Assistant Superintended of Police in 1994 whereupon he proceeded to Nigerian Police Academy Kano for Officer Training. During the course of his training, he voluntarily withdrew his service after close to a decade as a Police Officer to practice the profession of law. His voluntary withdrawal was duly approved by both the Inspector-General of Police as well as the Commissioner of Police, Rivers State Command at the time.

As a Lawyer, he worked with SERENA DAVID DOKUBO & CO holding the position of Associate Solicitor from 1994 to 1995 and moved to ALUKO & OYEBODE, a prominent Law firm in Lagos also as an Associate Solicitor in 1995 to 1996 after which he founded the Law firm of SERIAKE DICKSON & CO in Port Harcourt and later Yenagoa and became its Managing Solicitor from 1996 to 2006.

But, Bayelsa has people with the pedigree and character to deliver. How come they seem to have the misfortune of allowing failures choose one of their kind to lead them all the time?

Post Merge: February 04, 2012, 04:03:45 PM
I think Kemela Okara of ACN is the most eminently qualified candidate in the race. He has the stature, acumen and professional background to deliver. Dickson is clearly a write off. It would be suicidal and embarrassing for Bayelsans to ignore these facts and allow Dickson occupy Creek House.

Post Merge: February 04, 2012, 04:08:17 PM
Why can't these people learn from history? I thought the critical issue should be ability to deliver to the people and not whose ego or personal interest is served? May Bayelsans not squander this golden opportunity! But should they do so, they are on their own.

Adamawa peoplee, do not cast your vote for a Retired Naval Officer turned farmer and who makes millions from his farm but could not replicate that for the state after 4 years. Vote Azi Nyako out. Yes to Buba Marwa. He did it in one of the most difficult states to rule: Lagos State. You can trust him to deliver creditably in Adamawa State. Make una no go chop kao dashi from that non-performer called Nyako come go towey una future o! Ehen! Make una no gamble again o!

Oh my God! I must apologize to all Nigerians for one serious gaffe on my part. Recall that I had taken a rather cautionary stance yesterday on the issue of the newly appointed Acting IG. I can confirm to you that the man on the saddle right now is the wrong choice after researching further into his records from the archives and putting several calls through to very senior officers at Force Headquarters in Abuja who confirmed this man was the CP in Plateau State when the first crisis in 2001 broke out.

This man does not qualify to be IG and in a country where the law works, this man ought to have faced a panel for aiding genocide due to his gross negligence and unmistakable partiality in the Jos crisis in 2001 and he should have been summarily dismissed from the police force long ago.

This man was in a position to have nipped the crisis in the bud, four hours before it took a deadly turn. Instead he took sides and today we are faced with the consequences of his gross negligence.

If the Presidency and Police Service Commission cannot perform due diligence on persons in the rank and file selected for appointment especially when there is a damning intel already, then I wonder how they can protect the lives of masses. It is the same level of negligence to perform due diligence on Biu by the Police Service Commission and its supervisory ministry, ths Ministry of Police Affairs that led to the reinstatement of Biu that has birthed this present disastrous steps for which someone with such a bad record has been appointed Acting IG.

Now, I do not know for sure if he is involved with Boko Haram or any terrorist activity. All I know is that this is the wrong man for the job of number 1 cop.

One very critical trade off and a major precondition for ensuring greater devolution of powers to the federating units, including state police, resource control and the rest is removal of the Immunity of governors. That is the only way to ensure a sane society.

It is indeed very sad that in this age and time, tribes in Nigeria still engage in barbaric and brutal fights. It is, indeed, so disgraceful that the love of animals and farm lands and mundane possessions and other ridiculous items for which we fight, supersedes the sanctity of human life. Charles Darwin must be clinking glasses with other proponents of Evolution Theory in the great beyond, laughing at our professed love for God. All religions recognize the sanctity of human life.

It is equally so amazing that we attribute these bestial fights to religion when in actual sense, we are actually fighting over meat, land to plant Pawpaw, Mangoes, Palm Kernnel and Kolanuts and to drill oil at the expense of channelling our inventive genius and creative skills towards productive ends.

Nigerians, shame!

When a well read Minister of Finance and Minister of Petroleum cannot give the public correct statistics about the volume of petroleum products produced or imported and sold to Nigerians and to other nations and they keep eating their words about figures they had previously given based on which they sold transparent falsehood to the nation about phony fuel subsidy now that they are before an investgative panel claiming the figures they had given were supposedly estimates, a responsible president should fire them for embarrassing the government so much, unless there is something they are actually trying to cover up that involves him.

It is God who is causing them to disgrace themselves and He would put a sword in their hands to slaughter themselves and expose their wickedness to the entire public everyday so Nigerians can see the real Darculas sucking the blood of innocent Nigerians through all kinds of evil schemes.

Can you all imagine how on the basis of all these lies and concocted figures, so many innocent Nigerians standing for their rights were brutalized and killed and ill-bred monkeys who were appointed 'by luck' call Nigerians - the true sovereign (the real bosses) names and soldiers abandon their constitutional duty to protect the sovereign (the masses) and instead kill and brutalize them?

Funny enough, these same soldiers who are doing 'gra gra' for armless civilians are known to feign sickness and to obtain fake medical reports to dodge being assigned on duty to war-torn areas. Mscheeeeeeeeew! Yeye pipul! The blood of the innocent will be required of them by God and these guys must face justice for misleading the public and manipulating the 'woman wrapper' president to kill those from whose power he derives his powers.

It is so appalling how much deceit and disgusting improriety the FG resorts to in its.efforts to cheat Nigerians. Everything turns out to be.embarrassing fraud in the end. How can a.set of.people who want us to.take.them.seriou sly even tell lies so brazenly about some phantom court.order from the Industrial Court?

It all.reminds me.vividly how Nigerians were lied.to.before.the elections in so many ways. This.is.so.shameful to.say the least. Who knows how much those big educated fools in the.cabinet have been given or promised o.sel their.consciences. Who knows what dummy has been.sold to.the.South.East about their prospects of clinching the Presidency in 2015?

Mohammed Adoke is an inglorious bastard who lies on oath and will.end up going the ignoble way of notorious Michael Aondoakaa.

Mr. President's Annual Basic Salary is N42,000,000 (Fourty Two Million Naira). 25% amounts to N10,500,000. However, I am yet to get details about the allowances which are more than 20 times this amount put together. These are all in spite of the fact that we feed him, we clothe him, we pay his children's school fees in expensive schools, we pay his medical bills, we pay his utility bills, we pay for his toiletries, we fuel his fleet of vehicles at his service and even buy those vehicles, we give him free accomodation, all of these and even more are extended to his extended family members, we pay for his security much more than we spend to secure the entire nation. Do this same Math for the Vice President, The Senate President and his Deputy, the Speaker and his deputy, the national assembly leaders, the ministers, ghe governors and their deputies and their stranger than fiction security votes to secure nothing but themselves while Nigerians are left at the mercy of killers and without defence, we do these also for lazy louts for Local Government Chairmen, most of them placed there by the governors as gatekeepers through fraudulent electoral means including also Councillors, State House of Assembly members, the National Assembly members, public servants in irrelvant agencies, boards and parastatals and ministries and thousands of irrelevant aides for all of them. Nigerians, can you see where the problem with the economy lies? We borrow to pay maggits - fat maggots who feed on the fortunes of the nation, disgusting economic parasites who offer nothing in exchange for what we spend on them.

These same people are the cabal who sabotage the economy through fraudently inflated contract awards. They sabotage the petroleum sector, the power sector and every aspect of the economy. They steal our money and lend it back to us at a profit as internal debts. It is no longer so viable for them to take these monies abroad what with Ibori's debacle. They are laundered internally by fraudulent governments that issue bonds - the latest means of keeping these monies for thieves and you and I pay interests to the thieves for taking what was ours in the first place.

We employ them to watch over ghe treasury and to protect our interests and our commonwealth. The compromise processes and make transparency and accountability near impossible and they tell us about cabals instead. Who are these cabals? Fellow Nigerians, they are the core of the cabals. No sabboteur cqn succeed if they do not collude with them.

They should account for our money and tell us what they have done with it. We want our money back in our coffers. Enough is enough.

Despite all of these, they have the audacity to push the burden of their stupidity and wickedness on the masses who have suffered so much already and yet choose to kill innocent Nigerians for demanding to be served well and to be given an account of the uses to which their money is put. The real culprits who commit economic crimes are protected. This is unacceptable!

It is so sad that this whole mess is getting out of hands. I had previously warned that many forces some with evil intentions to cause disintegration of Nigeria have been activated by the present security situation and the issues surrounding the ill-timed fuel subsidy removal. If care is not.taken, the nation is about to witness massive and extensive bloodbath.

Unconfirmed reports suggest there is a fullscale war going on around Akoka and Bariga as some Yorubas battle with persons of Northern extract. Already, three people have been killed.

Another unconfirmed report as at this writing suggests that 3 Christians have been caught trying to plant bombs in churches and they confessed to have been paid N5m each to do the job.

These are perilous times and the whole mess is assuming deadly dimensions if not nipped in the bud now.

Presently, secessionist elements are surreptitiously sowing the seed of discord.and the nation heads for.internecine warfare of.monumental proportions.

I urge fellow.Nigerians to resist the nefarious activities of.these elements and refuse to be influenced negatively against their brothers and sisters from other parts of Nigeria.

Unfortunately, the FG has not helped matters. Nigeria is.on the brink and quick.action must be taken to weed out these elements selling tendentious propaganda and carrying out actions.that are inimical to the interests of.a united nation.

Post Merge: January 10, 2012, 01:34:50 AM
I have just confirmed reliably the report about the supposed war between Yorubas and some persons of Northern extract is false and should be disregarded.

Honestly, I felt for Mr. President yesterday. The man seems so.troubled, weary, so weak and tired. But he seems to be held hostage by some forces and so he falls short of telling Nigerians what they want to hear. Instead, he gets set to unleash.brutal force. It is confrontational and I really.do not think Nigerians are mived by Zokumor's threat. He sounds like a highly uncultured man and you don't issue threats to the people who feed, clothe and accomodate you and also with whose money you have become such a fattened elephant. There are civil ways of making his point clear.

It does not make sense that he chooses to fight Nigerians instead of dealing decisively with the so-called cabal. He made a clear choice to protect the cabal instead of the people. We want the cabal brought to book immediately. Nigerians want to know who the cabal are destroying their heritage. Dem carry fire for head?

These guys are compounding the problem. Can't you see there is now an alignment of unusual forces? The actions and speeches of these guys are further infuriating Nigerians instead. Who are the handlers of these guys? Who write their speeches?

The truth is, with the way the security agents are going, they have lost track and they have shown evidence they are scared instead.

I don't even understand what's happening anymore. It is getting too late. Let these guys open their eyes and see. Nigerians are ready for a total showdown and I feel.so.sorry for the.security agents should their bullets fell one more innocent Nigerian fighting for their just constitutiinal rights against a few persons who hold the nation hostage.

What does it take for them to see they cannot.defeat the people? I am really afraid these guys in government are creating huge problems for themselves - very huge problems and it appears to me the masterstroke that will end this whole thing in the end will come from the.security agencies in favour of the people who are their blood and flesh, relatives and fellow compatriots.

Who in the security agencies is out to destroy President Jonathan and batter his reputation so badly? I think there is much more than meets the eye in all of these. The president seems a pawn being used and will be dumped into the trash can by these very forces who do not mean well.

What I find difficult to fathom out is why the president plays into their hands so easily. Something is definitely wrong somewhere. He clearly is not in charge of this government neither is he acting in behalf of the people. It is so obvious. The man from Otuoke is held hostage by forces beyond him and they call the shots and he has to obey.

I do not know any force more powerful than the people. Mr. President should come on the.side of the masses. Those forces holding him hostage will be crushed.

If a serving SSS officer.was truly amongst the gunmen who killed innocent Nigerians in Adamawa State in their place of worship, then the true Boko Haram that is the killer machine has been exposed. I told you guys there is a third factor at work in the mess. God is beginning to expose the. What is left is the fourth dimension and in just a little.while they will be exposed. All Nigerians must team.up to unmask the bastards. It is the.crimes of the third and fourth dimensions to the whole mess that makes Boko Haram seem.invincible. They are mere mortals and they are people in whose hands we had entrusted our safety and security but we were clearly wrong.

They aim at spreading distrust among Nigerians of.different.tribes and religion and to cause internecine war. The third and fourth dimensions also have strong external influences. You should no more be.surprised why those who detonate bombs and kill Nigerians wantonly in churches and mosques have not been caught all these years.

Fellow Nigerians we all concentrated on turning the heat. on the President alone. We have forgotten to turn equal amount of heat on the notorious governors and local government officials and  public officers at those levels who run state institutions like private empiresband personal fiefdoms. As it were, they wouod be receiving part of the subsidy money and I can imagine that some morons among them are already planning how to add more wives and concubines, build more houses in choice places, corner enough money for the next round of elections to.step up their.chances through fraudulent electoral practices and in so many more ways for which they siphon public funds.

These guys and even the NASS need to.cut down their emoluments to and get down to the business of serving the people. They queue behind the president to.cheat the masses and have begun to hallucinate about what private empires they would create for themselves from the money.

Let all Nigerians begin to hold them accountable. Whether we believe it or.not, the President has told us.what he would do with the.federal share. These guys need to tell us how.they intend to utilize their share for the people. They must all make equal verifiable commitment immediately.

No slacking biko!

Labaran Maku is such a disappointment. He lacks tact and sound skills for debates. Besides, he hardly does his research deep enough into issues before he makes public statements. That man should be removed from the Ministry of Information. He clearly does not qualify for that office. Besides, his enunciation and diction are so poor.

The NASS has spoken. However, it is somewhat curious why the NASS failed to move for the investigation and prosecution of those who sabotage the oil sector. I repeat, is it possible for the sabboteurs to carry out their activities without the active connivance of persons in the NNPC, NIMASA, Nigerian Customs, Staff of the Ministry of Finance, hitmen and pimps for 'deals' in the Presidency and the Offices of thr Accountant General and Auditor General of the Federation?

It is not.only about reverting to the old price. Those who have stolen should and must be punished without delay. Those who kept on emphasizing on the existence of a cabal still cannot identify the cabal. But they tell us, including Sanusi and Ngozi, that there were cases of overinvoicing and round tripping and documents to that effect. Do the doxuments not have names of organizations or persons? What about to those non-oil companies including Julius Berger that were not.registered for such business? Who is responsible for verifying the records, the claims and what was actually supplied? Who pays out the subsidy money and to whom were they paid?

Unfortunately, those who canvassed subsidy removal in the NASS debate fell short of expectations and only played on stupid, nonsensical sentiments including appeal to personal rapport. I watched pathetic idiots make a mess of the President's case instead.

However, apart from a few who made solid contributions to the debate on the general principles of the Budget proposal, there were hardly efforts geared towards evolving creative ways of putting the economy back on track and to.wean us.away from an era of absolute stupidity and archaic reasoning in terms of how to revamp the economy. In all of these, nobody is talking about the role of each state governor and local government chairman in creating productive and vibrant economic atmosphere for sound growth and in tapping the inventive ingenuity of Nigerians which abounds in the nation in all parts. The emphasis should be on investing in the people and not on private ventures for themselves.

Until.the demon of corruption is crushed and examples are made out of those who sabaotage the economy, we will keep on beating about the bush. I do believe we must work in a concerted way to bring to book all those who steal the bread of generations now living and in the future.

Finally, the NASS must of necessity take a look at the costs attached to items.in the budget thoroughly to ensure that we borrow for productive ventures, if at all we need to. I believe that if this angle were thoroughly looked at to.ensure.that overinflated costs are pruned down, I want to believe that we do not need to borrow at all anymore.

Can't government make this invaluable sacrifice for the.development of the nation? Are Nigerians asking for too much from those who ought to be custodians of.the commonwealth on their behalf?

This period calls for great national sacrifice and leadership must take the lead.

To really move the nation forward positively, we need to go beyond mere rhetorics as the fraudulent 2012 Budget Proposal represents. The FG needs to do the following as a matter of urgency:

1. Attach timelines, milestones and deliverables to.every budget item. This way, Nigerians can gauge perdormance and ask questions and.the.government should be forth coming where there are variations required. That way, Nigerians can be carried along. Whether the government likes it or not, Nigerians have come of age and they will not stop.demanding that the right thing be done. If they have not seen that yet then that is their cup of tea. Nigerians will no longer accept to be taken for a ride.

2. The FG, particularly the Presidency, is the power house of.vision to move the nation forward. I repeat, it is critical to.see the forest first before examining the trees. In essence, the FG must take a critical look wholistically at all the.sectors of.the.economy and understand clearly the interplay of.forces and factors that influence them as well as.those that come into play in their interrelationships so.as to have a total picture in forming realistic vision and issuing policy directives in conjunction with other tiers of.government to move the nation forward. In this regard, we ned realistic.long term strategic plans and.not the.present fire brigade approach. This approach has cost us so much and we are all witnesses of the.consequences. The National Council.of State could for the.core of this move with a body consisting of delegated experts from.each state to create this vision and work.out execution details and report to the National Council of.State.

3. The Federal Ministry of Information.should be reorganized along professional lines and its leadership.must.con sist of.industry professionals who would sell.the vision to Nigerians who can now begin to key into.it and give the.needed support across.sectors.

4. Clear cut measures must be put in place to ensure.transparency of the.processes, activities, use of materials and finances across.sectors to.ensure accountability.

Let.me state that this is the only Nigerians who are all stakeholders in the affairs of their nation can be carried along and meaningful progress made with less acrimony. In fact, if Nigerians can see.government truly working in their behalf, they.will team up spontaneously.to.de fend the government.

The overall lessons.for.leaders hip in all tiers of government is to.respect.the wishes of the people and to stay on the side of the people. It is the wisest and safest thing to do.

Fellow Nigerians, I bless God for.this day. Let us sustain the tempo. I suggest that we all remain one and shun divisive elements and sentiments. We can achieve so much more than we can ever imagine. The altitude of our vision and success depends largely on our attitude and the depth of.our unity.

Stay blessed!

When wisdom takes flight, the nation is in trouble - big trouble. This country is in a real mess and those we went to the polls to elect by error have turned themselves into a cabal telling Nigerians persistent lies - so economical with the truth. Re-engineering the economy will lead us no where without an even greater measure of sacrifices demanded of the masses by public servants. That they still do not consider this angle of attaining massive savings, way much more than fuel subsidy removal, is baffling and provides glaring evidence of official wickedness, gross insensitivity and unbelievable propensity for shameless acquisition of wealth at the expense of the masses.

For God's sake, these guys are giant economic parasites and it beats my imagination that all the Doctorate-degree-wielding economists in government cannot see this huge monster sucking the blood of our economy and to call for caution and repentance as well as restitution on the part of government officials. They would rather they set up machinery to kill, maim, cripple and fight the masses - machinery they purchased and equipped from the sweat of the masses.

There must be a demon living in Aso Rock and all Nigerians must team up to crush that demon without delay!

What nonsense?

My major concern is that the president does not really see the dangers looming. Many more forces than he could ever imagine are rising up to join the fight and the prospects for him are ominous. From all indications, his reign is coming to an end abruptly. It takes one more death among the protesters to spark off what will destroy him and his government. Are these guys blind to see Nigerians are not joking?

Fellow Nigerians, we have begged, we have have cried, we have made supplications. They have all fallen on deaf ears. It is total war with these bastards. What do they take us for? Why would the President and his incoherent primary school debate team think all Nigerians are fools? The evidence against them is astounding, astonishing and stunning. They have tried all the known tricks in the books including sending diversionary e-mails to distract us from seeking the truth. We have suggested ways out of this mess including sacrifices on their own part which sacrifice will clear this logjam. But no, they believe they command the army, the air force, the police, the SSS who are also Nigerians and they can turn them lose on us.

President Ebelemi Jonathan, the governors and their allies in the NASS who have failed to prevail on the president to do the biddings of the people from whom they derive power call Nigerians idiots who would run into the comfort of their homes as soon as their bullies charge at them. They underestimate the resolve of the people.

We have spoken enough. These guys are deaf and dumb to the truth. Let them reap what they have sown.

Fellow Nigerians, let the nation be shut down completely and if Jonathan and his team lack creativity and inventive genius to move the nation forward without fleecing the masses further and they fail to make a firm commitment backed by law to slash their emoluments and perks of office as well as remove those ridiculous items in the budget to enrich themselves criminally, then let there be a total show down.

They demand to see the power of the people and they shall see it. It is impossible for a few men to take on 150m Nigerians and not be badly bruised beyond repair.

If any security agent loves himself and his family, they should leave the protesters alone and instead advise the president not to send them on a suicide mission.

Nonsense!

They want to ruin the fortunes of Nigerians while they continue to.feast and clink glasses. The table of the bread of sorrow for the masses must be upturned. If they lack ideas and clues on how to do it right, let them leave the stage. A government that is hell bent on having its way even with concrete evidence they are the real burden to Nigerians, crippling growth and progress in the right direction deserves to be shown the way out. Wicked souls!

CAN declares Friday prayer and.fasting day for all Nigerians. This is all in an attempt.to.cause Nigerians to break ranks. I, for one, will not.participate in a bribe  money-inspired fasting and prayer what with the fact that it.comes from a gang of prayer contractors who are not alive to their responsjbilities to stand as prophets who pull down the hand of God on behalf of the nation and who support every wicked scheme by government to hoodwink and hurt the masses. I pray and fast as the Spirit leads. The choice is yours Nigerians. If they do not take a position in the fuel.subsidy issue and stand behind the masses.who constitute their congregations and whose tithes and.offerings provide their feeding allowances, finance their children's education, pay their five-star hotel bills, settle their monthly rent and give them medicare, finance their holiday trips in choice cities, marry wives for them and enables them live large globe-trotting in jets and choice cars at will at the expense.of the flock they shepherd, then we do not believe in their call for.prayers. They should tell the president the.Gospel truth about his action.

I.expect.them to.tell Nigerians what the masses are doing is the work of the.devil and the president's authorized by God. Mscheeeeeeeeew!

For your information, CAN has an over bearing sole-proprietor who is Ayo Oritsejafor and all the other exco members are just robots and simpletons. Ayo Oritsejafor is a government contractor and the go-between for sharing ill-gotten and illegal  largesse for the big-cross totting religious pundits from the state coffers.

Mr. President. Fellow compatriots and I fought tooth and nail against a so-called formidable cabal that stood against your ascension to the Presidency in line with the provisions of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We wrought tirelesly under the sun to ensure that your constitutional rights were not breached. We damned the consequences because we felt you could deliver what with your calmness and educational qualification, after the unfortunate demise of your boss, late President Umar Yad'Adua of blessed memory.

Our assumptions were as follows:

1. You were elected on the same ticket with Yardie and you ought to have understood ghe currents and undercurrents as well as the real issues behind policies and decisions and you were in a position, therefore, to carry on from where he stopped. We also realized that he was ill and he left much of the responsibility of governance in your care as your chaired many strategic organs of state and we believed that was sufficient time for you to have initiated vision and direction for the job you currently were employed to do by Nigerians.

2. The Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria provides a clear succession mechanism which requires that the Vice President must take over except where he is clearly incapacitated or has gone bananas (insane).

3.Having ridden smoothly on the back of the masses' goodwill, we expected you to remain on the side of the people and to bring about the complete destruction of the demon of corruption so as to ensure a reign of order, decorum, a clear sense of responsibility and accountability in government and to put a rein on proligate spending habits of government officials. We direly expected you to rule by example.

We saw as one who was carrying the blessings of God to deliver. But we began to notice you had eaten the bread of corruption and that you had been so quickly initiated into the club of senseless and profligate spenders of the monies in our treasury and that you, in an unprecedented way, courted, cajoled, feted and dined with maggots and criminals from whom you should recover our monies for development purposes. In that process, we found out, to our dismay, that you frittered away all the savings of the Obasanjo Government for absolutely nothing tangible, apart from revenues accruing to the federation under your watch and that you failed to save. We watched you make promises that were watery and we saw through it all and we noticed you were unable to come up with a clear cut vision to move the nation forward.

We saw how you based your electoral campaigns on falsehood and we observed that more than any other candidate, you had a better chance to shiwcase what you had done in 1 year adn 1 month, but you had none other than some piece of Essay on papper called the Power Roadmap. We read the contents of the document and discovered that it was a bundle of tricks and confusion and we pointed out the falsity of the claims but you turned deaf ears. Today, we are regaled with evidnce of your gross failute along that line as power stations were built far from the source of gas and this long after we had queried the sense in not ensuring proper gas distribution infrastructure first.

Mr. President, you squandered your goodwill and you chose to become a frind of thieves and destroyers of the economy and those who profit from compounding the miseries of the masses. We would have sttod solidly behind you to fight these elements but we were shocked at your rapid transformation and conversion to the cult of wickedmen whose actions and fowl breath are inimical to the system and constitute the very cancer at the heart of the failure of all governments since independence.

We were shocked to discover that rather than regale us with evidences of your performance in spite of huge sums of money in the coffers at your disposal, you only told us you were telling Nigerians what you would do and not what you had done. We pured through the records to discover you had senselessly depleted all the savings in our reserves and put us in more debt and returned us to a era of dubious debt servicing even before the last elections. You employed the servifes of an army of poorly informed internet warriors, bereft of ideas and points to defend your failure but instead bloodied the virtual world with frequent e-Fights and insults and promoted an era of Cyber-Hooliganism. In the end, the hen has come home to roost and your secrets are out in the open.

Rather tahn repent of this evil you had done to our economy, you come up with Voodoo and Casino Economics that ruined Europe and the United States and turn around to betray the masses of this country. Why do you think the masses deserve to be treated so badly even when ther is ample evidence they are so impoverished. We remember vividly all the lies you told us about minimum wage increase just to win the last elections. We remember all the further lies and denials when it was time to implement it. Mr. President Labour and all Nigerians felt we should bury the hatchet and give you time to settle down. Then you came with this evil scheme to destroy the already poor living standards of Nigerians even further and put them in deeper mess.

You told us you were consulting and that you had shelved implementation to April, you went from Church to Church pretending to love God when you had this evil plan to renege on your promises and inflict furter suffering on Nigerians so suddenly.

What we find most interesting is your refusal to cutb wastage in the institutions of government, cut down on your frivolous expenses including your ridiculous cost of feeding in the budget as well as a very laughable amount set aside for cutleries and dishes which you already have. You ask Nigerians to make sacrifices they have always made while you increase your eprsonal benefits criminally. You have forgotten that the bulk of money earmarked for Recurent Expenditure is set aside for your ungodly remuneration and perks of office as well as those of other public servants. It did not even occur bto you that that is were the problem is with the economy at present. You guys earn over 20 times what the average Nigerian earns btu you dont deem it right to make sacrifices by slashing the self-appropriated wicked salaries and perks of office thereby making sacrifices for Nigerians whom you claim to love and in whose interests you claim to be protecting. This, despite the fact that we subsidize even excessively your feeding, your fleet of vehicles, fuel for your fuel-gozzler vehicles and gigantic generators nationwide, education for your wards, your accomodation scattered all over the country, utility services, healthcare, your security (yes we pay the bills), your mery-go-rounds and gallivanting across the globe wnd internally to dance 'Kerewawa' in political campaigns which you fund illegally from state funds, accomodation for the bunch of economic liabilities and parasites - completely useless to themselves and the economy whom you lodge in Nicon Hilton and bother expensive hotels across the country and the globe. We are also astounded and stir agape at your refusal to bring those who constitute the so-called cabals in the petroleum and power sectors even though you and institutions under your watch issue licenses and pay out these monies. Mr. President, are they spirits?

Judge fo yourself if you have been fair to Nigerians. You have failed to be faithful on so many counts. So why should we trust you now? The onus rests on you to make us trust you. Don't blame Nigerians for reacting this way to your unfaithfulness.

If you must gain the trust of Nigerians again, you must do the following:

1. Order the PPPRA to revert to the old price of PMS immediately.

2. Arrest and prosecute immediately all NNPC officials found to be involved in the cartel committing economic sabotage and all those so-called cabal members.

3. Cut down immediately on the cost of doing government business. If you want us to list them, we will and they are so many.

4. Review downwards the amountbearmarked for security and channel that money to revampingbthe real sector, Science and Technology, Education, Health Services, power generation and distribution and Agriculture.

5. Put inbplace measures to deal decisively with those who sabotage the economy and bring them to book without delay. Give the EFCC teeth to bite with and stop interfering in their operations.

If you do these, you are on your way to writing your name permanently on the sandsof time. If you don't, you will leave office a monumental disgrace. These are truths your lieutenants do not tell you.

Mr. President, we do not hate you. But we will not let you mess up Nigerians anymore. We remain resolutely behind the masses. We will do the same with any other government. True sovereignty belongs to the people and there it must remain.

Thank you for taking time to read this.

There is something I find quite intriguing about this government and I think I need the your opinion, fellow Nigerians. It always seems to find a way to rope itself into more mess while claiming to solve some problem. Could it be they hardly can think things through or are they just caught off guard as Nigerians suddenly have become interested in the affairs of the nation.

Whatever is the reason for this, I really do believe that they lack conviction about what they are doing and they do not really seem so sure.

When the issue of subsidy first came up, I did point out that the so-called palliative measures were a hoax and would not have direct bearing on the livelihoods neither would it ameliorate the sufferings of Nigerians who would bear the brunt of the mess.

First, if you would provide palliatives, for how long would it be sustained? If you could provide palliatives, why not leave subsidy? The premise I raised then was that government would end up spending more to sustain palliatives.

Now, they did an about turn and listed so many projects that had been provided for in previous budgets but failed to tell us what happened to the monies that had been paid on those projects. Were those monies paid to ghosts? Eww!

One more thing. Now they have set up an unconstitutional Committee to supervise the spending from the so-called savings for projects. By what constitutional provision would the committee be empowered? Even if the committee has powers to appropriate the monies, how would that old man who chairs the committee monitor what the monies are being used for? From Abuja? Can you imagine the cost ferrying those committee members across the country to monitor? Can you imagine what it would cost to run a secretariat for the committee and costs of communications and sundry expenses? Can you imagine cost of providing vehicles for them? Tell me, my fellow Nigerians, how much of the supposedly saved money would be left after expenses to implement those huge projects?

Once again, would it not be cheaper to block the drainage pipes through which our monies disappear by bringing those who have been involved in sabotaging the system to book, recover our monies and sanitize the system for effective throughput performance?

If you asked me, this is the cheapest and most viable solution and not to kill the masses, subjecting them to untold hardship!

Why is President Jonathan afraid to exercise his immense Presidential powers against enemies of the nation and yet decides to flex his muscle with weapons bought with our money and security agents who we feed and clothe and provide for?

Who is he working for? Who is preventing him from doing his job or what is right?

We want to know and let me tell him clearly that all Nigerians are ready to feast on them. All he needs to do is to be faithful to the oath he took to protect the interests of Nigerians and to defend the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. He should point them out and leave the rest to us.

Or is he one of them?

Nigeria must move forward!

Patriots in London join in the protests. We expect patriots in other countries to join soon.

Ehi Zulu wites:

PRINT, PHOTOCOPY, SHARE AND EDUCATE!
THE REASONS WHY WE WILL PROTEST

Many of you are asking yourselves why you need to get out of your comfort zone and into the streets to protest about the withdrawal of fuel subsidy. The government’s argument is that if we do not stop funding fuel subsidy, the economy will crash and we all will go down with it. But are there no other places to reduce spending to save money? Let us take a few moments and consider these points:

David Mark earns N600 million annually, enough money to set up at least, 100 schools in his Benue State
President Jonathan and his friends will eat N1 billion worth of food in 2012, while fuelling their cars for N1.7 billion. This amount will build at least, 50 good health care centres in the South-South
N200 million was budgeted to water the gardens of the President in 2011. This is enough to educate 200 Nigerians through university education
This is more than a quest for economic rights, it a quest for justice. This is not about fuel subsidy, it is about the ruling class’ war on the Nigerian masses. They cannot claim our country is broke when president Goodluck Jonathan continues to feed fat on N3 million worth of food everyday. They cannot claim to be broke when they increased the recurrent expenditure of the 2012 budget by another N92 billion. They cannot claim to be broke when the First Lady just spent N5billion furnishing an office. They cannot claim to be broke when in the whole budget is about their salaries and allowances.
BOTTOM LINE: Government seeks to impoverish us the more by removing fuel subsidy while they continue to waste money on their friends and families!

ACTION PLAN: We will have PEACEFUL PROTESTS in all the 36 states + FCT from Friday 6th of January 2012 at 10am

What is wrong with Nigerian government officials also making sacrifices? Are they not also Nigerians? If they believe so much in the workability of their plans, they should also stake their incomes by slashing it by half, buy their own petrol, feed themselves, educate their children, pay their healthcare bills, pay for their hotel bills, pay their PHCN bills from their income and pay the prostitutes they lodge in guest houses funded by us from their pocket. They should also sell those guest houses and evacuate all those they lodge with our monies in Nicon Hilton and other choice hotels at great costs to the masses and use the money for development. Abi na only the common man dey make sacrifice?

If you argue that if is for the benefit of all Nigerians, what income does the average Nigerian earn that you intend to erode? IT should affect only the high and mighty.

Abu Qaqa or whatever you call yourself. This is the year of your death, you and all those in government and in the security agencies you work with that make you and your notorious gangs of armed drug addicts appear invincible, threatening fire and brimstone for a suicidal cause.

You will be found and publicly executed. From this day onward all your threats become curses on you and your cohorts  and your entire households. For every bomb you detonate you multiply the curses. You will beg for death and it will elude you. Every innocent blood you have shed will bear witness against you.

You are of your father the devil and you share the same fate with him: eternal condemnation.

You and your group will only escape if there is no God in Heaven who made all things and defends His own.

Your days are numbered!

Men of the so-called anti-terrorist squad have arreted two innocent Nigerians, Mr. Martin Obono and Nwaorgu for protesting against fuel subsidy removal. President Jonathan equipped the squad of monsters and.killers to arrest innocent Nigerians for.standing on their.just rights. The president fights us with our own resources and refuses to bow to the wishes of the masses.

It is critical to note that this same president who pretends to being a democrat ignores measures that could have helped the.government make significant savings by curbibg wastage, financial profligacy and immoral and ungodly wage bills as well as curbing the corrupt practices by the gargatuan parasitical public service that persistently poaches.on our commonwealth, but instead prefers to punish the masses.

It is also important to note that this highly incompetent and.grossly sluggish president in terms of.initiating purposeful vision and clesar cut policy directions for 150m-strong hard wrosking and highly resourceful Nigerians is fast and deft at systematically plundering the nation's resources along with a group of political misfits.

We demand that those two innocent, hard working self-employed Nigerians be released immediately. Mr. President should get this clear: we will defeat you and your evil hordes. You cannot win a fight against the people.

As for you security mugus who are sent to arrest innocent Nigerians, you should be ashamed.of.yourselv es? This fight is for you all too. The one who.should arrested sends you to kill those who pay your bills. You will not succeed. If you continue along this path, you will get what you deserve.

Mr. President's killer squad arrested two higly enterprising self-employed Nigerians who have toiked and wrought for your interest, for the interest of future generations today for protesting against his evil policy meant to decimate you and bring your sources of livelihood to.ruin.

Many Nigerians voted for change and fought for a man with the face of deceit extra-ordinaire to.ascend the presidency even when the odds against him was formidable. Today, that same man who had no shoes - a pauper tutns against the masses who.made him. He declares war against the people and turns.animals in whose interests we fight against us.

Will you let this wickedness stand? Were you born to.suffer amidst so much God has been so magnanimous to bless this land with but for the wickedness of a few in high places?

Fellow.Nigerians, have you not had enough of a government bereft of.commonsense and ideas to move the nation forward, rigmaroling and.persistently beating about the bush for more than two years running.

A man who should be a friend of the.people cbooses to be a friend of thieves and the criminals in high places who plunder our collective heritage, leaving you the masses in unbelievable penury and want.

I call.on.you all not to.feel.complacent. Our lackadaisical attitude has led.to the killing and incarceration unlawfully and on trumped up charges of great men who left their comfort zones to.fight for.you and I. How long shall we continue to be cowards in the land of our birth.

Nigeria belongs to you and not to this club of a handful of  inglorious bastards who afe flogs in the wheel of.progress.

Will you let them have their way or will you fight for your just rights and demand the respect.you deserve from.those who.lord it over you?

We have lamented, wailed and prayed for more than 50 years as a nation but we have failed to matxh our bountiful supplications with requisite concrete action. Our forebears did the same, putting it all in God's hand while wicked men entrench themselves and persistently larxerate the backs of the masses treating you as second class citizens in the land of your birth.

Fellow.Nigerians, it is time to cut off the hands of these lepers who abound in the.North, South, East and West of this country. I urge you all to rise up to this challenge and to put paid to this nonsense once and for all.time.

Join in the struggle for thr.true.emancipati on of the.common man.from.slave drivers who are of us and live and procreate among us. They are not untouchable neither are they invincible. They are mere mortals and scums of the.earth who have plundered our heritage and seek to hold us.spell bound with their abysmal performance in government. President Jonathan has proved to be.the arrowhead of Corruption.Nigeria PLC incorporated by graft and.instituted on the blood and suffering of the.masses. This empire working against the people must be crushed with all our might and zeal.

Arise O Nigerians. Arise. Motheroand needs you like never before now. It is time to take our nation back and to.put it.on tje.path of.definite progress birthed by vision of the many and not this mess we have right now.

Or wouldyou rather you continued to suffer?

Dr. Reuben Abati is a he-goat and he needs to be cured of his madness fuelled by doses of free petrol, free food, free condoms, free accomodation, free healthcare, free vehicles and 'connections' with the high and mighty. He is sick in the head to think that fighting for what concerns all Nigerians except the exclusive club he now belongs to amounts to playing politics.

They failed so woefully to show us how the economy would collapse if fuel subsidy is not removed, instead they present ample evidence they are not ready to stem the rot in the system, preferring instead to protect the interests of those who commit economic crimes of monumental proportions that cripple the system.

Again, they prefer to give Nigerians Scorpions in place of bread and Nigerians must suffer for the wickedness of a few - some of them in this present Federal Executive Council and on boards and parastatals and committees of government and in the National Assembly.

We must not let this evil prevail in our land. We are not their slaves. They are our servants.

Happy New Year greetings rent the air today. Everyone is in the mood to celebrate and pop Champagne so to speak. God has been good to all of us, preserving both the good and the wicked.

For the good man, may God be your Shield and Buckler! But it is very important that you complement your faith with vision-packed hard work. You cannot continue to work without a mission. Define purpose and mission clearly and start to work along that line and you will have resounding success. God answered you long before you were born and imbued in you what would turn out to be your success story but you went astray pursuing another person's vision and passion out of misplaced priority, profound admiration for the person, envy, peer pressure and parental pressure that becloud your judgement. Sometimes, also it is as a result of slothfulness as a result of which you accept the easiest ready alternative. In essence, many are not doing what they ought to be doing. God is never deaf to your pleas. But you must look inwards. You may have been walking honestly in disobedience and you cannot find fulfillment not doing what you ought to be doing. No amount of prayers and binding of spirits will help you until you locate your place in His plan. For example, if you are not called to be a pastor please do not go there. That is the reason the church is in its present terrible state. I know people who read Law when they ought to have been Fashion Designers. I have seen professional 'Amebos' who ought to have been motivational speakers. Similarly also, one who is blesed with strength could become a professional wrestler or boxer or a weight lifter. When that one fails to use it right he will resort to being a drug addict, join Boko Haram, Egbesu Cult, and other groups of social deviants. Whatever natural skill you have that you fail to use rightly, you are very likely to use it destructively and you will find yourself struggling to give it up and end up concluding it was a demon or some witch somewhere at work. Trust your pastor or spiritualist not walking according to God's will to tell you what you like to hear, 'it is witches that are disturbing you.' Then you conclude he is a powerful minister. Please, be determined to discover purpose as you step into the New Year. We dey wait to enjoy the bounties wey Baba God put inside you for de world o. Be determined not to walk about aimlessly and allowing fortune tellers and pathological liars masquerading as pastors become instant billionaires from your self-inflicted misery. Be determined to enjoy the freedom that comes with being truly born again and free from Charismatic Zoos for churches where gross and unbelievable ignorance reigns.

As for the wicked, the gangsters, armed robbers, Boko Haram, Egbesu boys, kidnappers and the lot, make una go change o. As una carry killing, arson, bank robbery, kidnapping for head so una think say una dey powerful. Let me tell you guys that you are not powerful. You simply have misplaced priorities and you gave up on trying to make it. So you resort to vices as you feel your self-inflicted frustrations are the doing of society to console yourselves. Juju men make you feel invincible and you prefer that short cut to living right making your fellow Nigerians beg you for mercy, live in fear of death and all the pains you bring on society. You need to repent of these and listen up, God has only spared you because He does not not want you to die but to attain repentance and that is because He does not love to destroy people. He has given you ample opportunity to turn a new leaf and to be useful to society. Can you pause for a moment to contemplate how much miserable you are right now? Yes you are miserable and some inner voice tells you you are living the lie and that what you do is very bad. What do you do? You take the next whiff of Cocaine and the fake charms your spiritualist gives you and you are energized to do evil. Can you imagine how the devil humiliates you so badly? You know He does. He makes you drink and swallow all kinds of puerile and nauseating concoctions and do terrible things including sleeping with corpses and yet you still die. It is only a matter of time before you are caught and you will face the music. Why would you sell your birthrights for a piece of fungi-infested bread the devil gives you? Be determined to turn a new leaf biko. I don't want you to die unfulfilled. The truth is that if you are caught you will die. You will pay for all your evils.

Fellow compatriots, remain vigilant but go worship your God by whose grace or undeserved kindness you live and move and exist despite your frailties. Give your very first fruits to Him. By that I do not mean you should borrow or steal and give to the Church. Even if you do not have money your first fruits may be your broken and contrite heart. It may be that dance and heartfelt praise and worship you offer Him. Do no accept to be manipulated with all kinds of tricks in some churches to collect money from you several times. I realize pastors at the branch churches now have weekly, monthly and annual targets like bank branches. Do not fall for these forms of manipulations. It is satanic and unscriptural. That is why there is a lot of infighting among pastors for juicy and lucrative branches in cities. No one is taking God's love to the unreached rural areas anymore.

Enjoy God's love in the New Year.

Just before the next bomb goes off, do you know your phone could come in handy in detecting bombs? We all do have mobile phones. Thank God for the proliferation of mobile phones even in rural areas even though the density could be better as in the cities. Many of us buy very attractive phones and yet hardly explore the potentials of the phones.

In view of my promise to give you valuable information on how to convert your android phones as well as Windows and iPhones or even those phones than run Symbian OS into bomb detectors, I make this post which I hope you will find useful.

But first, we need to understand a few basic concepts. Don't worry, I realize some of us don't like Physics and Chemistry and so I have simplified eveything and deliberately stir clear of formulars and technicalities.

First, I need to let you know that you can use the same method to detect antipersonal mines, metals and trap packages like letter bombs.

Now to some basic concepts. We are all familiar with fertilizer. One type of fertilizer for growing crops constitutes a common material for making IEDs or Improvised Explosive Devices which is what Boko Haram insurgents detonate all over. It is called Ammonium Nitrate Fertilizer. This was the most common material used in the making of explosives that Al-Qaeda suicide bombers in Afghanistan used and the US and allied forces had real headache with this.

Now I am not going to go into the how-tos or how's but suffice it to say that such bombs come with metals or electronic equipment that aids detonation of the bomb.

Please note this, objects and substances have magnetic properties which can be measured by magnetic field sensors. This is the trick. Your phones do have magnetic sensors and all you need is a software to measure the natural magnetic values of substances such as metals and electronic equipment attached to bomb packages to aid detonation. Such software give off audible sounds when a metal or some other substance is detected. As you sweep round an environment with your phone it detects suspicious substances including parcel bombs, antipersonal mines, guns and so on and so forth and displays the natural magnetic value of the substance on a digital meter the software provides.

This method is even used by the Army including the US Army in battlefields.

Magnetic field strength is measured in Tesla or Gauss. 1 Tesla = 10,000 Gauss. Let me not go too far so it does not get confusing. Remember, I promised to leave out the technicalities.

Now let me go to the various software for your phones you can download even free especially for Android phones.

But please note. Remember you are not a bomb expert. Should you detect any such suspicious substances, sound an alarm to evacuate everyone in the area and call the police. Do not even go back into the area to pick up your wallet or any valuable you forgot. You could comb areas around functions proactively to forestall untoward circumstances.

For Android phones, such as Samsung Galaxy Tab and the rest you can download the following:

Micro Metal Detector
Metal Detector
Easy Metal Detector and
Magnetic Field: Metal Detector
Magnet-O-Meter Metal Detector
Magnetic Field Tracker

For iPhones, you can download and install the folowing:

Metal Detector for 3GS/4

For Windows Phones, you may download and install the following:

Metal Detector

I have not tested this, but you can download Metal Detector Treasure Hunter Pro for Symbian phones.

This is the end of today's post. Be safe and vigilant. You could save lives with your phones. Now the ball is in your court. After tomorrow's post, we will be focusing on safety measures to ensure no one plants a bomb in the first place.

Yeah, that reminds me. Remember to calibrate your device before use by simply drawing 8 in the air several times. That discharges your device and aids accurate readings.

One last thing, please note that the earth's natural magnetic value is between 25 microTesla at the equator and 65 microTesla at the poles. You will see values along those lines on the screen. Note also that when an object is introduced into the earth's magnetic field the object would possess a magnetic field whose value is higher. Guess what that implies. That's your assignment. Lol. The answer is obvious.

Have a bomb free New Year!

You could also download and install Metal Detector Treasure Hunter Pro for your BlackBerry. But I must confess I have not tried it.

Post Merge: December 31, 2011, 02:46:29 PM
Callibration involves discharging the device so you can take accurate readings from the digital meters the software packages provide. There is no magic about it. Let me give you a ready example. Your body has static electricity charge. If you have to open up an electronic equipment, most people don't know this, you must discharge static electricity before you touch the micro-electronic components or els they would malfunction or get damaged. To discharge statics from your body and around the device, you must place your hands on ths unpainted metal surfaces inside the device for a few seconds. Now, to your phone. You do not have to open up your phone to do this and remember that there are elexcromagnetic devices around you that could cause interference with the accuracy of your reading. Doing the 8 sign in the air around your device cause it to discharge and you can take accurate readings.

Please, do not let up and give worshipping The King because of what some miscreants do. If you are afraid, are you saying He is unable to protect you? Are you saying He is no longer God? He has not gone to sleep but your shepherds have been asleep or have not.really been in touch with Him and so many fall victims. The power of the Holy Spirit is still at work this day. The only problem is that liars and pretenders to being shepherds from God are suddenly in the majority and so many are manipulated and deceived.

Go worship His Majesty and do not be afraid for you shall see the salvation of Jehovah! No evil shall befall you neither shall any plague come near your dwelling it is wel with you all spirit, soul and body in the name of The Father and of The Son and of The Holy Spirit!

Remember, your Muslim brothers are God's creation and they are never your enemies. The Boko Haram group is a bunch of social deviants and miscreants pretending to be Muslim. They misinterprete the Qu'ran, spreading error to get some legitimacy. They are mere mortals relying on charms, hard drugs and error and devils. They are not invincible. What makes them appear powerful is your fear. They have blood running in their veins too. They will be caught and brought to book unles there is no God.

I expect that churches and mosques would have combed their premises and enironments by now and adequate provisions to protect worshippers.

Step into the New Year with thanksgiving! God be with you!

Though belated, declaration of a state of emergency is the best decision this government has taken. May it not be a cosmetic measure to assuage pent up anger in Nigerians. May it be done with utmost honesty in the interest of the people. While ensuring that innocent persons are not killed or arrested for flimsy reasons, rapid onslaught on the miscreants must be recorded in good time. The criminals are just a handful of persons.

It is also pertinent to state that there should be no sacred cows. That is the only way the various shades of the group can be crushed, by cutting off their sources of finance which goes as far as Saudi Arabia and Al-Qaeda through top functionaries in and close to government, operating surreptitiously through official channels and under official cover.

To aid their work, the security agents must deploy spy UAVs in scouting and gathering inteligence information unobstrusively and moving in rapidly for the kill, taking the criminals unawares.

But great care must be taken in selecting commanders for the operations as there are persons in the security agencies who work hand in gloves with the group.

Once these measures are in place, the group wil be routed in record time. After this is achieved, community-centered measures must be put in place to forestall future re-occurrence.

Finally, let me say that sincere efforts must also be put in place to route the arms cartel in government and to crush their operations. That is a very critical angle to this whole mess.

Since you made it, you sure can make it if you choose!

It's brand new year - of brand new beginnings.
Oh God, maker of Heaven and Earth,
Shepherd of our souls,
You are awesome -
One to be feared.

Save the land of my birth -
The land of many dances,
A land you endowed with the bounties of nature,
A land flowing with milk and honey.
Teach us not to be foolish
And give us men and not cowards for leaders.

Restore Your Nigeria,
Our Nigeria,
My Nigeria.
Bring forth Sons of Righteousness
To make the crooked paths straight,
To upturn the deep things of Satan.

Preserve our heritage
And let the enemies of our land
Be routed on all sides by Your mighty hand.
Clothe us with the bond of.love
And let every leprous hand be cut off.

Our hearts,
Our minds,
Our souls,
Our everything -
Even our love -
They all belong to You.

Grant us victory over darkness
And let Your mighty angels of war
Do battle in our behalf.
Deliver us from marauder bands
And from pestilence.
Grant us the spirit of excellence.

You remain Lord in all the earth,
Master of.the Universe,
King of Kings,
The one who causes to become.
We remain Your loyal subjects,
Your Majesty, O exalted King.

Remould, reshape, renew, transform,
Purge, redesign, rework, readjus
And recreate our land
And let Your healing power
And your redemptive power
Be manifest.

Your remain God.
Come take Your place.
Nigeria will rise again!

God will do what He will do!

This next post shows that the new name for MEND is Boko Haram. MEND is operating with the name of the rebel 'un'-Islamic group.

January 2, 2011, 03:53pm

Who is responsible for the new year's eve bomb blasts in Abuja. Boko Haram and MEND (two outlaw groups) claim responsibility. Militants in whatever guise have become more daring and government response is weak and lack luster.

Until government chooses to be dispassionate about the issues and to bring the real culprits to book (who pop champagne in choice hotels across the world), there will be worse things. As it were, the masterminds behind these evil forces are well known. they are also friends of the government. Why has government decided to court the favour of evil men and put up a pretentious show of solving the problem? Those who embrace militancy in whatever guise should be treated as outlaws and enemies of the state and should be dealt with decisively according to the provisions of our statutes.

This year comes to an end tomorrow. It's been really trying and challenging for us as a nation from an election that almost tore our unity into shreds to the aftermath and the rain of bombs in all parts of Nigeria like never before. In fact, somehow, Nigerians have grown to expect a bomb blast or news of one on a daily basis.

Government has persistently sand a pathetic song titled 'We Know The Sponsors' to us since October 1, 2010 and we still hear it till this day only that it now goes with an order from Mr. President to the security chiefs to fish out the sponsors they had claimed they knew and the IG tells the public to assist the police with clues with a view to arresting the sponsors, admitting they had only been arresting errand boys. Hmmm!

The Federal Government's platinum album christened 'Lost In A Labyrinth of Hazy Mazy Paths' in collaboration with the security agencies is not complete without mentioning the chart buster song titled, 'We Are On Top of The Situation'.

We had thought that we would be stepping into the next year free of Boko Haram and all forms of militant groups, nut nay, the President is a 'quiet' man, according to Labaran Maku and prefers Nigerians to die like cockroaches in their hundreds as he needs forever to decide on an appropriate course of action to deal with the social deviants.

While we await the release of the product of Admiral Petirin's (Chief of Defence Staff) solo song in the ground breaking album titled,  'Mr. President Has Taken A Decisive Decision', I advice my fellow compatriots to be vigilant and spare no efforts to secure their worship places, their homes, their families, their communities and their businesses so they do not perish from the brazen consequences of lack of a leader - a true leader.

We watch, unabashed, as those who sing these songs to us acquire gadgets and bullet proof cars and import elite personal security personnel from elite intelligence agencies of other lands to protect themselves and their families and abodes and they tell my people - O my people -they are on top of the situation.

For those of you who think you deserve this sorry state of affairs, please continue to feel complacent and unperturbed after all, you live in well guarded government reserved areas and prison houses for abodes and you have acquired the latest security gadgets. You have the ears of the IG, the Area Commander, The GOC Commanding Army formations, the Director-General of the SSS and salvation for you is only a call away. Let me tell you, you are a real 'Ode' - original 'mumu'. Enjoy while you think bombs are have respect for choice houses, connections and your assets. May we not read about your obituary in the dailies. I heard you say a loud 'Amen!'

While the pastoral shepherds lose faith and fail to show courage in continuing their services, will you follow suit? Then, tell me how your God is your Shepherd, you Shield and Buckler, your Defender, your Rock and Salvation. Do you really know who you are? The church has been bedevilled by criminals for pastors who make giants feel little and battle-axes cowards.

As for those who really know their God, they will do exploits. Please, go to Church and cross over to the New Year with His Grace without which you are nothing.

I have often posited that the moment a gun was pointed at our super-born-again folks, many would deny Christ.

Go worship His Majesty and do not be intimidated by those who kill the body but cannot kill the soul.

Step into the New Year with great joy and rejoicing and damn the devil!

What is the latest dance step? I want to step into the New Year with a new swagga! I have only tonight and all day tomorrow to practice. Who are those uncircumcised Philistines called Boko Haram to stop me from worshipping my King? They come with bombs drunk with 'shepe' and dazed by 'gbana' and Cocaine. I come in The Name of The Lord of Hosts!

Make you go Church o, O ye of little faith!

If you know your God whom you serve and believe He is the deliverer and that your life is in His hands, do not be intimidated. Go to church on the 31st and worship The King!

Would you be kind enough to drop your ego, strip off the chips on your shoulders, put your laurels aside and stir hard into the mirror of your life in all honesty and absolute sincerity to see who you really have become and who you ought to be?

I am convinced that though we think we have attained the greatest heights in our chosen fields by chance, by error or by peer or.parental.pressur e or by prevailing circumstances, the world is still waiting to.discover the real.you. Who knows? But, you just may have been deluding yourself you have reached the peak, not knowing you've got so much ingrained in you to give the world that would print your name indellibly on the sands of time.

Take out time, take yourself in pieces, be your strictest critic, strip yourself bare and lay it all before The King and owner of your life. In humility before Him, let Him lead you, renew you, rework you and transform you. At worst, you could come out stronger at what you do or you may discover real purpose you never thought was there. Just remember that because it is His design, He is there to lead you all the way and you need not fear the odds. Trust Him.

Don't start the new year beating about the bush and fantasizing. Do.conrete and definite things and plan.realistically.

I wish you all.a happy, prosperous (in all ramifications) and purposeful New Year than you have ever had.
