ZONAL OPERATIONS MANAGERS - 2 VACANCIES

LOCATION: APAPA, LAGOS STATE
RELATIONSHIP
• The Zonal Operations Manager will be responsible for the management of all the projects of the company within the assigned zone and report to the CEO.
Job Descriptions
• Plan and manage projects within the technical and commercial budgets.
• Deliver projects on schedule according to quality specifications.
• Responsibility for project administration.
• Provide detailed reports on project status,
• Involve in developing and implementing project strategy,
• Liaison responsibilities with project consultants.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Suitable candidates should have a good first degree in civil or mechanic engineering or building technology.
• A minimum of 8 years post qualification experience is required,3 of which must be in a senior management position.
• Preference will be given to candidates with cognate experience in huge complex projects, Must be between 40 and 45 years old.
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
• Good presentation skills to explain adequately complex technical ideas to technical and non-technical audiences are required,
• Experience in managing multi professional team and high sensitivity to the interest of local host communities are essential
• Excellent written /oral communication skills are critical
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Must demonstrate versatility and creativity.
• Excellent skills in Auto card
