MANAGING DIRECTOR
The incumbent, male or female, will report to the Board of Directors and will be responsible for:
• The overall management of the bank, marketing of its products and rapid growth through enviable profit profile.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Good first degree with professional qualification and a minimum of 10 years banking experience spanning major departments of a reputable commercial bank, preferably in Lagos environment.

HEAD OF OPERATION
The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
• The smooth running of the operations of the bank.
• He or she will guarantee customer satisfaction and accuracy of all records and will take responsibility for the security and safety of the banks assets amongst other duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Good first degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant banking experience in reputable commercial bank.

HEAD OF CREDIT AND MARKETING
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for:
• The origination, designing and marketing of the banks products.
• A sound knowledge of credit policy, administration and procedures is required.
• He or she will guarantee customer satisfaction and accuracy of all records.
QUALIFICATIONS
• First degree with a minimum of 8 years banking experience that must include verifiable credit and marketing responsibilities in a reputable commercial bank.
ATTRIBUTES
• Flair for marketing, good customer relationship, good communication skills, result-oriented and target-driven.
ACCOUNTANT/INTERNAL CONTROL OFFICER
• A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 5 years post qualification relevant experience in reputable financial institutions.
• The incumbent will report to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all financial records and statutory returns.
• He or she will also ensure that good internal control procedures are put in place. .
ATTRIBUTES
• Keen-sightedness.
• Good knowledge and proficiency in accounting packages.
• Ability to manage the assets and liabilities of a microfinance bank.
CUSTOMER RELATIONS/MARKETING OFFICER
• The candidates should be OND/NCE holders with flair for marketing of financial services.
• Such candidates when employed shall undergo intensive training in the art of marketing. There shall be an aptitude test to determine suitability.
• Successful candidates will work directly with the Head of Credit and Marketing.
ATTRIBUTES
• Ability to think and generate business ideas and good interpersonal relationship.
• Good reference and guarantors are required.
