The Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF) has discreetly constituted a special ad-hoc team to monitor initial actions and developments in the Presidency under Mr. Goodluck Jonathan, The Nation has learnt.

At a special meeting in Kaduna on Tuesday, members of the team met to work out modalities and resolutions that can enable the Presidency perform without hindrance or distraction from people who may have links with ACF.

The fulfilment of Jonathan’s alleged pledge to some individuals on the necessity of transparent 2011 elections appears to be the overriding consideration in ACF’s decision to give him all the necessary support.
