If you are a begginer,it isn't really that bad ! You have got a cool blog but you still gat work to do.I will list some of em' for you;
1.)Work on your graphics(specifically your blog-banner).then add graphics to interact with your webpage
2).C'mon even if you can't create a template for your blog,at least you can still download one.There's nothing compared to creating your own template.
3.)Add a little javascript to your page
4.)Your adds should use the same background with your page,the same font-size,font-style,font-color.
By the way,is that really your field(writting about jobs)?
